Meet Your Hosts

We love this home, and we love sharing it with guests. Here is a little about who we are and why hosting matters to us.

Meet Rosa

Creating a Feeling

For Rosa, creating a beautiful home has always been about much more than decorating a space—it's about creating a feeling.

With years of experience in real estate investing and a genuine passion for interior design, Rosa brings a unique perspective to every home she touches. She has an exceptional eye for design, layout, balance, and feng shui, and an instinctive ability to transform a space into somewhere that feels warm, comfortable, welcoming, and effortlessly put together.

That attention to detail is reflected throughout our Denver residence. From the placement of the furniture and flow of each room to the textures, lighting, colors, and finishing touches, Rosa approaches the home from the perspective of the people who will actually be living in it. Her goal is simple: when you walk through the door, she wants the home to feel good.

Rosa is also very much a people person. Years of working with homeowners, buyers, sellers, contractors, and other professionals through her real estate career have taught her that great hospitality is ultimately about understanding people—anticipating what they might need and taking care of the details before they ever have to ask.

Together, we bring extensive real estate experience to hosting and managing our properties. We understand homes, we understand what makes them comfortable and functional, and we understand how important the little things become when you're away from your own home.

But Rosa brings something beyond experience to the equation: she brings heart.

She wants our Denver home to be more than simply a beautiful place to stay. Whether you're visiting for a weekend, spending time with family, traveling for business, or making Denver your home for several weeks, Rosa wants you to settle in, relax, and genuinely enjoy being there.

We hope you'll notice the thought that went into the home—and, more importantly, that you'll feel it.

Meet David

Taking Care of People

For David, great hospitality starts with something very simple: take care of people and do what you say you're going to do.

A longtime real estate investor and entrepreneur, David has spent years buying, improving, managing, and finding creative solutions for residential properties. That experience has taught him to look at a home differently—not simply as real estate, but as a place where people should feel comfortable, secure, and completely at ease.

David is naturally a problem solver. His background in real estate means he understands the countless details behind a well-run property, from maintenance and functionality to communication and anticipating problems before they affect the people staying there. He believes guests shouldn't have to think about what happens behind the scenes. The home should simply work, and their experience should feel effortless.

Just as importantly, David believes hospitality is personal.

Whether someone is coming to Denver for a quick getaway, an extended business stay, a family visit, or simply to experience everything the city has to offer, he understands that they're trusting us with an important part of their trip. He takes that responsibility seriously and wants every guest to feel that there are real people behind the property who genuinely care about their experience.

David and Rosa's strengths Compliment one another particularly well. Rosa brings her exceptional talent for interior design, layout, feng shui, and creating spaces that simply feel right. David brings decades of entrepreneurial and real estate experience, along with a focus on making sure the property operates at the same high standard at which it was designed.

Together, they share a philosophy that a memorable stay isn't created by any single amenity. It's the combination of a beautiful home, thoughtful details, exceptional comfort, responsive hospitality, and people who genuinely care whether you enjoyed your time there.

Their goal is to create the kind of Denver home they would want to stay in themselves—and the kind of place guests look forward to returning to.

Welcome to Denver. We hope you'll make yourself at home.

1 Let Yourself into the Building

Use the keypad on the left side of the call box. Ignore the keypad on the front. During the day it's usually open (flashing green), so you may not need a code. If it's red (early in the morning or later in the evening), enter your building code: personalized link only.

2 Ride the Elevator Up

It runs without a code during the day. If it asks early or late, enter the same building code: personalized link only.

3 Unlock Apartment 321

Press the silver button on top of the door keypad, enter the apartment code: personalized link only, then press the checkmark.

The door doesn't lock itself. Whenever you leave the unit, press the silver button on top of the keypad to lock it behind you.

Garage Parking

Street first, then the garage — here's the sequence with pass, fob, and scanner.

🔒 The Garage Entrance Map is Shared in Your Personalized Guest Link.

1 Park on the Street First

It's free overnight and for two hours on weekdays. Use it while collecting the pass and fob upstairs.

2 Grab the pass, fob, and scanner

Put the scanner pass on your dashboard, then drive to Level 3 or higher. Spaces aren't assigned, so ignore the painted numbers. At the gate, you may need to hold the scanner toward the reader above.

3 Use the southeast elevators

The fob opens the walking gate and garage elevator. Always use these elevators when leaving the garage.

Return all items. Leave the pass, scanner, and fob in the apartment at checkout. Each missing item costs $100.
